We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, our delivery network does not extend to international destinations.
All confirmed orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.
Our standard delivery window usually ranges between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. We aim to ensure every parcel reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as an incomplete or incorrect address, customer unavailability, or order refusal, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You can contact our team to request a re-delivery once the issue is resolved.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving it. Attach clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging for review.
In the event that your order is lost during transit, we will verify the case with our courier partner and arrange either a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
