CANCELLATION POLICY 


At  Everydayaccs, managed by Fasionsta Hub Private Limited, we aim to provide you with a convenient and enjoyable shopping journey from start to finish. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Fasionsta Hub Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. 

We understand that plans can change and you may decide to cancel an order. Here’s how our cancellation process works. 

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment 

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever happens first. 

To cancel, simply contact our customer support team through email with your order details. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. 

After an Order Has Been Shipped 

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can still apply for a return or refund after receiving the product, following the steps mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. 

Changes to Orders 

At this time, we do not allow modifications to items, quantities, or shipping addresses after the order has been placed. If you wish to make any changes, you’ll need to cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
