  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original condition.  
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alterations will not be accepted.  
  • Return requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team within this time frame.  
  • Any items that do not comply with the above conditions will be declined for return.  

Steps to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Attach Proof (If Applicable)  

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please include clear photos highlighting the issue to speed up the process.
