If delivery fails due to address issues or unavailability, the order returns to our warehouse. Contact support to arrange re-delivery. 

You may cancel within 24 hours or before shipment. After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed but returns are possible.

Changes to items, quantities, or addresses are not allowed post-order. To change, cancel the current order if eligible and reorder.

Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos if damaged. Return unused items in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we inspect the returned product and approve the refund.
